When you choose me as your birth doula, I will provide you with all of the following. You may decline any items or services you do not wish to receive.
Connection to professionals such as recommended midwives, chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, photographers, body work specialists, lactation consultants, and more.
Full access to my library of books and articles to browse on your own time.
(Non-professional) photographs of your birth, especially in the event that you choose not to hire a birth photographer.
Herbal bath soak for relaxation and to promote postpartum healing.
In-depth assistance to curate your personalized birth plan, ensuring that you feel comfortable with all decisions surrounding your birth and that you are empowered in your journey.
Emotional and physical support during labor. This support is extended to partners as well, and I do NOT cap the number of hours that I will support a birth. I am there with you until your birth is complete.
2 in-home postpartum visits scheduled at your convenience. These sessions are used to debrief the birth, offer breastfeeding assistance, allow you to rest, settle the home, care for siblings of the baby, review baby care questions, and discuss any other needs you may have.

Single moms
As a single mom, you deserve all of the extra help and support available. I am happy to offer 50% off for single mothers in order to ensure that you feel supported and secure in your journey into motherhood.
Military Families
Growing up with an Air Force dad who served 2 tours, I know the sacrifices that military families make. I offer 50% off for active duty military families out of respect and gratitude for your service.
Medicaid members
Birth support is often viewed as a boutique service, but I believe support (and boutique experiences!) should be available to all people. Although I do not accept insurance, if you presently use Medicaid we can discuss pricing and payment options that will work for you.
